520 on the water offers an outside space with a pergola and rustic stump benches seating approximately 50 guests. The space has the best sunset view on Marina island 

On-Site Ceremony

holding a perfect setting for a ceremony. The options below are additions we provide to the client. We understand that each person is different therefor Some options are customized based on color, style and the vision of the client. We can also help with outsourced Tent and equipment rentals and services for your ceremony if so desired.

BEVERAGE STATION

A nonalcoholic Self-Serve Beverage station available to guests both upon arrival and after the wedding ceremony. This service includes Station Set up, Beverages Labeled, Iced Down, and displayed in Beverage dispensers with selections of Iced Tea, Sparkling Lemonade, and Infused Flavored Waters. Station includes Clear Disposable Cups and Station Décor

AISLE ROW SEATING DECOR

Themed Décor such as Signs, Lanterns, Greenery, etc. located at the entrance base of guest seating rows. Pricing depends on the client’s specifications and quantity needed

                                                                                                          

AISLE RUNNER

100-foot Aisle runners used for a Wedding ceremony. 520 on the water will set up for the ceremony and breakdown.

BRIDAL THRESHOLD

A Rustic, Decorated Ceremony Entrance Threshold for the Bride and her Party to pass through. The Threshold is made with vintage doors and decorated with greenery and handmade paper flowers

A lakeside Pergola Décor includes Greenery and Sheer drapery specific to the client’s requests 

KNEELING BENCH

A Wedding Ceremony kneeling Bench for the Bride and Groom. The kneeling bench is designed having both the bride and groom facing in the same direction with a padding. 

PADDED FOLDING CHAIR (white)

White folding chairs adds extra seating and elegance to your ceremony. Includes a padded seat. 

FOLDING CHAIR (white or Black)

Simple white or black plastic folding chairs. Can be used alone or with chair covers. 

A 3% Convenience Fee will apply to any full or partial payments that are processed using a Credit or Debit card.

Credit Card Fee

520 Partnered with a neighboring Business. The separate Location located just yards from the venue this location requires a 3-hour minimum time block if rented 

Bridal Suite

Brides can get ready before saying her “I do’s” This Add-on Rented Spacious Room includes a Downstairs open area with a kitchenette and refrigeration, handicap assessable Restrooms, A spiral Staircase leading up to a large loft that overlooks the entire space. The location is available after 3:30 on Saturday and all-day Sunday. The space also offers a Lakeside View facing north on Marina Island perfect for pre wedding photos.

In-House Services

CATERING

We offer in-house Full Service and Drop off catering services. Menus are custom designed based on our client’s specifications and budget. Schedule a catering consultation with a 520 on the water agent. Taste Testing’s are Welcome before booking this service  

EVENT CLEAN UP

Event Clean Up Service includes trash disposal and a full cleanup of the Venue and the Outside Areas used after your booked event. This Fee does not include removal or return concerning outside vendors rented equipment and Hired Catering checkout cleaning departure duties.

DAY OFF EVENT COORDINATION

A full Day of event Coordination to assist with Set up and Placement, Outside Vendor instructions, Time Lines, and to perform any additional duties based on the client’s specifications. 

BAR SERVICE

520 can provide a full liquor bar, A Certified Team member serving Beverages throughout your event, Bar Equipment and Set up, Ice , Garnishes, Disposable Clear plastic cups, and Liquor Liability Coverage.. We have the right to card and stop serving out of line or intoxicated guests 

LINENS

Table Linens  and Chair covers with sashes in almost any color 

EQUIPMENT RENTALS

If we don't have it we can coordinate any equipment Rentals needed
